Winter Display Set Up

Today was a busy day for our members setting up our display and demo at Dobbies Garden Centre. It's not a big space but we wanted to have a mixture of trees in their Winter glory, and even try and get a little colour in there too. I think we achieved that. Here's the day in pictures.

Making a start

Baltic at Dobbies. Phil warms his hands, either that, or he's trying to start a Mexican wave!

LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT RIGHT! Marching back from the Children's Playground :-)

Back drops up.

Sorting out what goes where.

Demo area

It wouldn't be a club event without Ian B using the hoover!!

Photos of the trees to be styled in the demo

Right behind you

One of the display tables.

Nearly time to go.

Another display table

After 6 hours we managed to get everything in place. We did stop of a coffee break though! The purpose of the display is to attract new members and provide a days entertainment for our members. The set up proved entertaining too with Stephens gloves playing a major part :-)

Ho, Ho, Ho!! :-)
