History: A tree that has been in Northern Ireland since the late 1990’s. It was originally sold by Robert Porch (honorary club member) who brought the tree here from Scotland where it had been collected. At onetime the straight trunk line was split down the middle and bent as you see it today. The tree was bought by Ian Bridgett, club president, and remained in his care until 2023 when it was passed into the care of Ian Young. a few changes were made, a slight angle change and a change of pot into the cooper glaze creation by Graham Simpson of Dragonfly Bonsai Pots.
